Maria studied law at Queen's University, Belfast and graduated in 1989 following which she commenced her training contract with the firm. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and became a Partner in 2000.

 

She specialises in defendant personal injury work mainly for Insurers but also acts for self-insured clients.

 

Maria has successfully completed a Law Society Advocacy course and has a particular interest in clinical negligence and risk management for retailers.
