I have almost 30 years experience dealing with Litigation/ Dispute Resolution at all levels, mainly personal injury claims on the Instructions of Insurers. I have a particular reputation in the handling of claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents, catastrophic injury claims, suspicious or fraudulent claims and advising in relation to Indemnity problems. I have lectured and given seminars mainly to Insurers for many years and fully understand and appreciate the requirements and objectives of Insurers in claims handling in the 21^st Century
