Louise qualified as a Solicitor in 1999, having joined McKinty and Wright as a trainee, following her graduation from the University of Sheffield in 1997.  She obtained her Advanced Advocacy Certificate from the Law Society in 2003.

 

Specialising in defence litigation, with a particular interest in employers' liability, Louise combines this with an employment law practice, dealing with both advisory and tribunal work thereby providing Employers with a dedicated legal service.

 

Louise performed the role of facilitator, leading and assessing a team of participants at a recent claims workshop run by McKinty and Wright in conjunction with ALARM and has written on age discrimination legislation, one of the most significant pieces of employment legislation for decades.
