Sean graduated in law at Queen’s University and is a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. He is one of a handful of Solicitors in the UK who  holds a risk management qualification. He is a member of the Institute of Risk Management and is chairman of the local IRM Regional Group.    He also has 15 years of litigation experience under his belt.

 

This combination of skills means he delivers a unique service to the self-insured or risk-financing companies. He disavows the view that litigation is about achieving the best result in an individual case in preference to  more strategic objectives.  His huge experience of litigation and his knowledge of risk management gives him a unique perspective.   

 

He is regularly called upon to speak on the issue of litigation risk management and contributes to Strategic Risk Magazine. He also delivers bespoke training to clients in relation to claims and risk management.
