After graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a Batchelor of Laws degree Carol practised as a solicitor in Scotland for a number of years before being admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and joining McKinty and Wright.  She is a member of both the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the Law Society of Scotland.

 

Carol is a Partner in the commercial and property department.   She advises clients on a broad range of property transactions including sales, purchases and leases of commercial and residential property also acting for financial institutions in relation to secured lending and banking litigation including recoveries.  

 

Carol specialises in licensing law, an area in which she has a wealth of experience and handles a large volume of licensing applications for major high street retailers.
