Gordon studied law at Queen’s University, Belfast  graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He qualified with Carson & McDowell in 1983 where he worked  for a number of  years before joining McKinty and Wright in September 2000.  He became a Partner in 2002.

 

Gordon leads the commercial property department which has for many years represented a number of blue chip companies including Marks & Spencer Plc and Next Plc. He has extensive experience of dealing with all types of property related matters. He represents a number of local developers including H & J Martin Ltd, one of Northern Ireland’s oldest building firms.

 

He regularly advises clients in relation to the sale and purchase of property, commercial leases, rent reviews, business tenancies and other commercial agreements.
